Grace Green, MSW Intern
My passion for helping others and making a meaningful impact in their lives has driven me to pursue a career in social work. This deep commitment to fostering mental health and well-being led me to pursue a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Kansas.
I am dedicated to providing a supportive and empathetic space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. My approach is strengths-based, focusing on empowering clients to build on their existing capabilities. I will incorporate mindfulness and person-centered therapy, tailoring my approach to meet each client’s unique needs.
I have experience providing group therapy, conducting assessments, and developing treatment plans, having worked with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults. I am passionate about addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I am drawn to therapy by my commitment to helping others navigate personal challenges and achieve their goals. Motivated by a desire to create positive change in individuals’ lives, I strive to provide a compassionate and non-judgmental space for healing and growth. I find fulfillment in supporting clients as they build resilience, develop coping strategies, and work towards a more balanced and fulfilling life.
