Saffee is excited to facilitate the healing process with you.

Saffee believes that everyone is entitled to a journey of self-discovery and growth. She strives to foster warmth and openness during the therapeutic process. She believes everyone deserves to feel safe and heard.

Saffee believes that past experiences give us insight and inspire change. She works from a strengths-based approach to foster self-love and confidence in her clients. She combines warmth and evidence-based practices into her approach. It is her belief that people can overcome challenges when they believe they are capable.

Saffee completed her Master’s of Social Work at The University of Kansas. She has a degree in Psychology and Child and Family Studies Community Outreach from The University of Tennessee.  She has experience working with children and families as well as teens and adults.

In her free time, Saffee enjoys reading, going to the lake, watching shows, meditating, and taking walks.
