“While pain is very real, so is hope. As a social worker, I feel honored for the opportunity to walk alongside you in your journey towards well being. Whether you are attending therapy for the first time or returning to therapy, I understand how intimidating the process may feel. My goal is to provide a space of sanctuary, connection, and empowerment for you to reach your personal goals.
I believe that building trust and a positive relationship is a crucial aspect of therapy. I respect you, your experiences, and your ability to make your own decisions. I seek to create a space where, together, you can explore your strengths and celebrate your individuality. I have confidence that together you can take steps towards meaningful healing and change.”
