Juliana Hahn, MSW Intern
Juliana Hahn, an MSW intern, earned her Bachelor degree in Social Work from the University of Kansas and remains there as she pursues a Masters in Clinical Social Work in their graduate program.
She knows life can be overwhelming and past experience can be defeating. She is here to walk with you through these struggles, using a strengths-based lens, to help foster awareness that creates a place for intentionality, change, and resiliency. By incorporating a person-centered approach into sessions, she strives to create a safe and reliable environment that can provide the security needed to take a deep look into oneself, as well as face potential traumatic experiences. She believes healing means to make room for all emotions and to learn how to let go of shame often associated with them.
Juliana incorporates IFS informed practices into sessions to support the belief that all inner parts of individuals are well-intentioned and make sense within the context of that their life. She strives to help facilitate a healing process that not only helps to manage difficult experiences and emotions, but also allows individuals to experience the joy in life everyone deserves to feel.
Juliana is committed to providing competent and evidence-based practice while tailoring interventions to the needs of the individual. Interventions includes but are not limited to CBT, ACT, SFT, and mindfulness. She believes therapy is not a “one size fits all” process and that the client is their own best expert. She strives to create a collaborative and warm environment for the client to explore growth and change, which can often be scary or bring up a range of emotions.
She has experience working with individuals from all walks of life and is passionate about helping people live an empowered and fulfilling life.
