Juliana Hahn, LMSW
Juliana Hahn is a Licensed Master Social Worker who earned her degree and clinical training from the University of Kansas. She is deeply committed to providing a safe, compassionate space where individuals feel heard, valued, and supported as they navigate life’s challenges.
Juliana brings a warm, collaborative approach to her work with individuals across the lifespan. She has experience supporting clients dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, ADHD, and perfectionism. With a strong background in the dance world, Juliana is also passionate about working with dancers and other athletes, helping them manage the unique stressors and performance pressures that often arise in those environments.
Drawing from a variety of evidence-based therapeutic models, Juliana tailors her interventions to meet the unique needs of each person. Her approach integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). With a trauma-informed and culturally responsive lens, Juliana offers holistic care that honors the full complexity of each client’s identity and life story.
At the heart of Juliana’s work is a deep respect for the resilience and wisdom of every individual. She believes that people are the experts of their own lives, and she walks alongside her clients with empathy, curiosity, and genuine care. By fostering a nonjudgmental and trusting therapeutic relationship, Juliana helps clients build the insight, tools, and self-compassion needed to create meaningful change, process grief, and heal from trauma.
Juliana considers it a profound honor to be part of someone’s healing journey. She is dedicated to supporting her clients in discovering their strengths, deepening self-understanding, and learning how to both tolerate life’s pain and fully embrace its joy.
“Emotional pain is not something that should be hidden away and never spoken about. There is truth in your pain, there is growth in your pain, but only if it’s first brought out into the open.”
